As a nation, we are spending more time at work and less time working on our personal wellbeing. More time idly scrolling through our phones and less time looking up to see the beautiful city that surrounds us. More time watching the clock, waiting for the weekend, than enjoying the present moment.
Mindfulness, hobbies, meditation and exercise are plastered on every magazine and advertisement to encourage some balance back into our lives. The fast paced, rat race we live in, seldom allows us to stop, reflect, recharge and carry on grinning. It is no surprise that anxiety, depression, not to mention physical illnesses related to stress have dramatically increased. After travelling the world seeing the work ethic in different cities, it is very apparent that we Londoners just don’t give ourselves a break.
No Mads Massage was created to help ease some of that stress and tension that most of us carry today. The idea behind No Mads Massage is to make an hour or two of 'me' time much more easily accessible For the client. No Mads Massage is a mobile massage and Reiki healing service that conveniently travels to you. No need to account for that added commute time to and from your local day spa, just spare an hour or more when suits you and we do the rest. We are based in East London and surrounding areas and hope to branch out further in the future. We will visit your work place, home, garden, (weather permitting) event you are hosting and pretty much anywhere else we can set up our massage table.

The Pure essential oils we use in our No Mads treatments are carefully selected and designed to enhance your mood. Upon consultation, your therapist will create an appropriate blend for your very own personal need. Each powerful Essential oil will fall into more than one category and will have multiple functions in aromatherapy, however we have grouped these to give you a better understanding of their benefits. It is said that a person chooses a scent of preference based on what our mind and body needs at the time. What will be your tonic?
