RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have
reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you both for treatment time and travelling
time to and from your chosen location. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours
before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee of the amount of the
service booked. Cancellations includes appointments where our therapist is unable to
access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable
If you wish to shorten the duration of a booking less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to
take place, you will still be charged for the longer treatment duration as this can no longer
be filled for another client. If you are late to your appointment or there is a delay in the
starting time of the appointment that is not the therapists fault, the treatment will still
finish at the same time to avoid lateness for other clients. If the therapist is late to your
appointment, full treatment will be carried out.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to
your appointment.

AGE:

Due to insurance purposes, all clients receiving treatment from No Mads Massage must be the age of 18 and over.

TERMINATION OF TREATMENT POLICY:

Therapists reserves the right to stop the treatment at any time if she / he feels that the guest’s behaviour is inappropriate. We operate a strictly non-sexual professional massage service only and will not tolerate any behaviour that breaches this.
